EMIS Access allows patients to make and cancel appointments 24 Hours a day without contacting the surgery. If you would like to use our on-line appointment booking, you will need to register with us first. You can collect a
registration form at reception,

Please note that you will
be required to show some form of identification before your details can be
released. (Proof of photo identification required – Passport, Driver’s Licence, National ID or Employee ID)

You can make one GP appointment up to 2 weeks ahead. The complexity of our appointments system means that only routine 10 minute GP appointments can be booked on-line. For all other appointments, please contact the surgery directly: this applies to 5 minute urgent GP appointments, double (or longer) appointments, telephone appointments, all Practice Nurse and Health Care Assistant appointments and appointments involving both GP and nurse, and includes blood pressures, cervical screening, coils, ante and post natal examinations.
